Timescales

Time Scales explores how time expands, contracts, spirals, and recombines across lived experience, nature, and visual systems. Working in large-scale paintings, I use lines, patterns, and shifting spatial planes to record duration—marks accumulating like a metronome, color recombining into new forms. The series draws on nonlinear temporalities, where past and present loop back upon each other and memory returns as pattern. Juxtaposing handmade marks with digitized structures, the work maps intersections of perception, embodiment, and cosmology. Time Scales asks how the fragments of our lives—personal, cultural, and environmental—layer, dissolve, and reconfigure into evolving forms of wholeness.
