Joyful Renewal is a large-scale beautification and way finding mural project to transform a defunct, institutional nursing facility into affordable housing for families and elderly with a warm, uplifting and inviting sense of place. This project is a leader in renewable energy and efficient design. At 12,000 sqft this project consists of 10 exterior murals and 360 degrees of spandrel murals reflecting the landscape it is situated around. This project was created by Bright Matter Studio.
